Of all the four family members, few are as widely disliked as Rudy Reichman. He views the MPD as his personal foot servants, charging them with all manner of demeaning tasks. He has a quick temper and has been known to have guards thrown out of the MPD for looking at him in a way he describes as being disrespectful. He lives in a state of perpetual drunkenness and is oblivious to his reviled status among the MPD grunts. He often goads guards into playing high stakes games of poker and dice, using the promise of feathers when his chits run out.
He dislikes his mother and sisters, Abby and Katrina, and fancies himself as a military genius because he read books on strategies for winning chess and the boardgame Risk, neither of which he has ever played. Nonetheless, he ingratiates himself to anyone in the Johnson family, seeing the fall of his own family from the seat of power as inevitable and wanting to make sure he retains his elite status when the Johnsons take over.
